Insomnia Cookies is seeking strong management to lead the Athens, OH location. This role focuses on hospitality, team development and achieving sales success through great training and mentorship in a fast-growing company.

You will hire, coach and lead a diverse team, oversee service quality, store cleanliness and inventory controls while driving local marketing and recognition programs. A player-coach leadership style and dedication to guest delight are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout Thurs-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
• Lead service components including food quality, customer service, staff friendliness and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and implement local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs/contests.
