• Ability to supervise, train, and develop Crew Members and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent store operations.
• Engage customers to meet boating needs and drive sales.
• Plan, execute merchandising resets, and maintain planogram integrity.
• Oversee pricing changes, audits, and inventory accuracy.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during shifts and ensure compliance.
• Ensure safety, staffing, and policy adherence across the store.
