Job summary

West Marine is seeking a Sales Lead to manage store operations, lead the team, and deliver high-level customer service. You will help meet annual sales goals, oversee inventory, and drive loyalty through expert boating product knowledge.

You will supervise Crew Members, train staff, and coordinate front-end activities while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing Crew Members.
• Manage Omni-Fulfillment operations.
• Assist in implementing store strategies to meet sales goals.
• Grow wholesale business and market share through planning and goal setting.
• Ensure the store and staff embody the brand and service standards.
