Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a District Manager Internship in the United States. This 10-week summer program provides hands-on experience with district managers running multi-million dollar operations. It offers full-time hours (40 per week) and a wage of $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility.

Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation. Duties include shadowing management, learning store operations, payroll tasks, and preparing presentations for executives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager and learn operations and reporting.
• Assist with payroll, invoices, and onboarding tasks.
• Participate in store walks, tours, and customer satisfaction activities.
• Help prepare a presentation and a report for ALDI executives.
• Support team training and compliance with store policies.
