Job summary

ALDI USA offers a District Manager Internship designed to give hands-on exposure to store operations and multi-million dollar districts in the Gulf Coast region. Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager to learn store operations.
• Prepares a presentation and a report on an operational area.
• Learns the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid during customer walks.
• Assists with payroll, invoices, and interviews.
• Supports inventory, store resets, and openings.
• Maintains professionalism and meets objectives on time.
