Job summary

ALDI USA invites motivated students to join our District Manager Internship, a hands-on program designed to expose you to store operations and district leadership. You will shadow managers, learn through presentations and reports, and participate in customer walks and tours to understand customer satisfaction.

Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation. The program runs 10 weeks during the summer with 40 hours per week and a starting wage of $28.00 per hour plus

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop rapport and work with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager and/or manager trainee to learn store operations.
• Prepares a presentation and a report on an operational area for ALDI executives.
• Learns the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid through customer walks and store tours.
• Assists trainer with administrative tasks (payroll, invoices, interviews, orientations).
• Assists with inventory and participates in a store reset or grand opening if possible.
• Attends trainings and meetings, maintaining professionalism and punctuality.
