Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking candidates for a District Manager Internship to gain hands-on exposure to store operations and leadership. You will shadow district managers, learn multi-million-dollar store oversight, and develop skills applicable to a future full-time role after graduation.

The internship runs 10 weeks, with full-time hours and a wage of $28.00 per hour, plus potential overtime. Successful completion may lead to full-time opportunities in Northern Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager and/or manager trainee to learn store operations.
• Prepare a presentation and a report on an operational area for ALDI executives.
• Learn Customer Satisfaction Pyramid through customer walks and store tours.
• Assist trainer with payroll, sales book, memo verification, invoices, hiring processes.
• Assist with inventory and participate in a store reset and grand opening if possible.
