ALDI USA is offering a District Manager Internship designed to immerse you in real-world store operations. You will shadow district managers, learn multi-million dollar systems, and gain hands-on experience that may lead to a full-time role after graduation.

This 10-week summer program runs 40 hours per week at $28 per hour, with overtime eligibility where applicable. Roles cover Western & Southwest Missouri, Kansas, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Requires pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager and learn daily operations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for ALDI executives.
• Assist with payroll, invoices, and store administrative tasks.
• Participate in inventory, store resets, and openings when possible.
• Help with hiring processes including interviews and orientations.
• Support team to improve store conditions and efficiency.
