Job summary

ALDI USA offers a 10-week District Manager Internship to gain real-world experience in operating multi-million dollar stores. You’ll work hands-on with district managers and learn what makes ALDI America's fastest growing grocery retailer.

You’ll follow a 40-hour week schedule, earn $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility, and may be considered for a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ability to learn store operations and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager to learn operations and prepare a presentation for executives.
• Assist trainer with payroll, sales books, invoice verification and orientations.
• Help with inventory, store resets, and potential grand openings.
• Conduct customer walks and store tours and participate in trainings.
• Develop subject matter knowledge with team and attend trainings.
