ALDI USA seeks a District Manager Internship to gain real-world exposure in store operations and leadership. You will shadow district managers, learn essential processes, and present findings to ALDI executives, supporting a culture of excellence.

Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required. The program runs 40 hours/week for 10 weeks with a wage of $28 per hour and potential for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external parties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stay organized and multi-task under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager to learn core operations and prepares a report for executives.
• Learns Customer Satisfaction Pyramid and participates in store tours.
• Assists with payroll, invoices, interviews and orientations.
• Contributes to inventory, store resets, and potential grand openings.
