Job summary

ALDI USA offers a District Manager Internship that provides hands-on exposure to store operations and multi-million dollar business oversight. You’ll shadow district managers, learn operational essentials, and present findings to executives.

Successful interns may advance to full-time roles upon graduation. The program covers California and Arizona with full-time hours during a 10-week summer internship, earning $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• In current pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager and/or manager trainee to learn operational aspects.
• Learn customer satisfaction concepts and conduct customer walks and store tours.
• Assist trainer with administrative tasks (payroll, invoices) and participate in hiring and orientations.
• Help with inventory, store resets, and potential grand openings.
• Contribute to creating excellent store conditions and improving associate performance.
