Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a District Manager Internship designed to give hands-on exposure to store operations and leadership. You will shadow district managers and gain insights into multi-million dollar store operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The 10-week summer program runs 40 hours per week at $28.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime. Strong candidates may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Develops positive relationships with internal and external parties.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication with store personnel.
• Works cooperatively within a group and stays organized.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager and/or manager trainee to learn store operations.
• Prepare a presentation and a report for ALDI executives.
• Assist with payroll, invoices, interviews and orientations when needed.
• Participate in store resets and grand openings if possible.
• Maintain professionalism and meet objectives on time.
• Attend trainings and team meetings as appropriate.
