Job summary

ALDI USA invites you to join our District Manager Internship for hands-on experience in running multi‑million dollar stores. You’ll shadow district managers, learn core operations, and develop a presentation for ALDI executives.

This 10-week summer program covers Northern & Central Virginia and Eastern North Carolina. 40 hours per week. Wage is $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility, and successful interns may be considered for a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager or trainee to learn store operations and prepare presentations for executives.
• Learn customer satisfaction concepts through walks and store tours.
• Assist with administrative tasks (payroll, invoices) and with hiring processes.
• Support inventory, store resets, and stock efficiency initiatives.
