Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Williamsport, PA to lead daily operations, mentor Customer Service Associates, and drive store results.

You’ll oversee staffing, training, and coaching to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and hospitality, while managing schedules and performance metrics. You’ll analyze store performance, implement improvements, and foster a positive, inclusive environment with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments.
• Strong background in store operations, including staffing, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, and growth of Customer Service Associates.
• Oversee business performance and profitability.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor store performance, review reports, manage shrink, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with peers to develop action plans that drive results.
