Wawa, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Mount Pocono, PA. This hands-on leader will oversee daily operations, drive team development, and boost profitability, while guiding hiring, training, and growth of Customer Service Associates to ensure a premier store experience.

You will monitor performance, manage schedules, and identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with peers to drive results and maintain a smooth, friendly Wawa experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Leadership experience in food service or retail is a plus.
• Strong store operations background: staffing, training, scheduling, and expense control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather feedback and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop Customer Service Associates.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and recognition.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor performance, review reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
