Responsibilities

• Safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience; train and lead staff; resolve customer issues with urgency.
• Handle POS transactions in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Inventory control: shipping/receiving, pricing, markdowns, and physical inventory.
• Merchandising, floor presentation, signage and housekeeping to company standards.
• Payroll control: scheduling and attendance; payroll budget adherence.
• Training and development of direct reports; reinforce operational standards.
• Loss prevention and safeguarding company assets.
• Develop understanding of daily store operations.
