Responsibilities

• Provide service training and leadership to staff.
• Process POS transactions in line with store policy and procedures.
• Manage inventory, pricing changes, and markdowns.
• Oversee sales floor merchandising and visual presentation.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll budget adherence.
• Hire and develop staff and ensure training compliance.
• Support loss prevention and protect company assets.
• Develop proficiency in managing day-to-day store operations.
