This role focuses on achieving sales, service, and operational goals, overseeing inventory, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention while maintaining store standards and a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members.

• Assist with payroll scheduling and time/attendance.
• Support loss prevention to protect company assets.
• Contribute to day-to-day operations and achievement of store goals.
