Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in running daily operations and ensuring policy compliance. You will lead staff, train associates, and help drive sales while maintaining service standards.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full responsibility for store operations. The role focuses on safety, customer experience, loss prevention, and staff development, with emphasis on merchandising and payroll controls.

• Manage POS transactions, loyalty, refunds and policy adherence.
• Oversee inventory control, price changes, stock, and physical inventory.
