Qualifications

• 2 Years Experience leading associates in retail
• 3 Years Experience cross-functional environment
• 1 Year Experience Manager-on-Duty
• 1 Year Experience leading a team of sales associates
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in retail store freight flow logistics

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors and associates supporting product categories
• Drive customer service, in-stock position, cleanliness and safety
• Set and track service and operational goals
• Provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities
• Manage associate performance and escalations
• Execute service, reset, pricing and operational programs
• Escalate customer issues to senior management or HR
• Ensure accurate product placement and signage during resets
