Lowe’s in Richmond, VA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-site team, drive customer service excellence, and optimize store operations. You will coach supervisors and associates, set SMART goals, and ensure in-stock conditions and safety standards are met daily.

You will manage opening/closing procedures, payroll planning, and expense controls while identifying sales opportunities, improving margins, and delivering a superior Pro and Home Improvement customer experience.

Formación

• 2 Years Experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 Years Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 Year Experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility.
• 1 Year Experience directly managing a team of sales associates (commissioned or non-commissioned) in retail, business-to-business, outside sales, or consumer service industry (Specialty ASM).
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in retail store freight flow logistics (Operations ASM)

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of supervisors and associates across store operations.
• Set and monitor SMART service, in-stock, and safety goals daily.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to staff to improve performance.
• Drive execution of service, pricing, and operational programs.
• Ensure proper staffing, security, and shrink prevention.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
• Handle escalated customer issues and associate relations.
