Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Richmond, VA. You will lead front-line teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure store operations run smoothly.

This role focuses on sales leadership, training, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation. You will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in achieving KPIs while fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set goals.
• Enforce store policies, discipline procedures, and team development.
• Schedule staff coverage and participate in recruiting and onboarding.
• Ensure excellent customer service and drive the selling strategy to meet KPIs.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee cash handling and daily till reconciliation.
• Support inventory processes and store operations to ensure accuracy.
