Lowe’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will manage expenses, merchandising standards, safety, and workforce, while collaborating with HR, Asset Protection and Operations to execute Lowe’s strategy, recruit and develop talent, and champion a service-focused store culture aligned with the Lowe’s mission.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience leading associates in a large retail environment with 20M+ sales.
• 5 years of cross-functional, fast-paced experience.
• Experience building partnerships within the community.
• Experience analyzing customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
