Lowe’s is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a large retail store, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, maximizing sales and margin, and maintaining safe, well‑stocked operations.

The role collaborates with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations across district and regional levels to execute Lowe’s strategy, recruit and develop talent, and drive store performance with data‑driven decisions.

Formación

• 4 years leading associates in a large retail environment with $20M+ annual sales.
• 5 years in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed setup.
• Ability to analyze customer, market and competitor data for planning.
• Experience sponsoring corporate or local change initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.
