Qualifications

• 2 years experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years experience in a fast-paced cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• 1 year experience directly managing a team of sales associates in retail or related fields.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with store freight flow logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over store teams and develop supervisors and associates.
• Drive customer service, in-stock position, and store cleanliness.
• Set and track service and operational goals daily.
• Lead execution of service, pricing and operational programs.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and payroll management.
• Walk the store to coach staff and ensure proper staffing for traffic.
• Manage associate relations and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure safety, shrink prevention, and secure operations daily.
• Mentor team through feedback, training, and development opportunities.
