Job summary

You will coach supervisors, manage receiving processes, and partner with leaders to ensure accurate inventory and strong store performance. The role requires flexibility and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOP execution.
• Manage receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks.
• Act as MOD and support staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
