Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensure policy compliance and protect company assets. You will oversee receiving, inventory accuracy and daily workflows in a fast-paced off-price environment.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or large multi-unit retail.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to policies, safeguarding funds, asset protection, sales and record keeping.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to ensure smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee the execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Lead the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive results.
• Support the Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management.
