Job summary

Burlington Stores in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee store operations with a focus on efficiency and exceptional service.

You will coach and develop a multi-role team, manage receiving SOPs, inventory accuracy, and asset protection while partnering with district and regional leaders to drive results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or multi-unit retail organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience lifting and moving boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to policies and standards.
• Oversee overall store operations and receiving SOPs.
• Lead the receiving process (transfers, debits, damages, chargebacks) with Inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
