Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in Off Price, Big Box, or multi-unit retail.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs and operate scheduling/reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and ensuring asset protection, sales, and records.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer expectations and smooth register flow.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Oversee the receiving process and inventory accuracy with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty; model leadership and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
