Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee store operations, ensuring excellent service and professional standards.

You will drive performance, protect assets, and partner with leadership across the district to meet targets. The role requires coordinating with Receiving and Sales teams, managing staffing, and maintaining inventory accuracy while modelling Burlington’s core values and policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance to company policies and protection of company assets.
• Provide guidance to Supervisors to ensure customer service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and set leadership example while driving store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
