Job summary

Burlington Stores in Fort Worth is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee the receiving process, and ensure policy compliance and high service standards.

You will act as Manager on Duty, drive store operations, assist in staffing, training, and succession planning, and maintain strong communications with district and regional leaders. Strong leadership in a fast-paced retailer is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an off-price, big-box, specialty or multi-unit retailer.
• Experience leading cashiers and customer service teams with a focus on policy compliance and process accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet service standards and smooth register flow.
• Oversee the receiving process, transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and associates.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
