Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Texas is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and coach a team of cashiers and supervisors, driving service excellence and asset protection.

You will partner with district and regional management to deliver results while modeling Burlington’s core values and building strong teams. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility and a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail organization.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with policies and proper asset protection.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to maintain customer flow at registers.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Oversee the receiving process, inventory accuracy, and transfers/damages/chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and lead by example to drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
