Job summary

SKIMS seeks an Assistant Store Leader in Boston to partner with the Store Leader to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate inventory, and outstanding customer service. This role offers growth within a fashion‑forward brand and the chance to influence store performance.

You will manage stockroom processes, oversee replenishment and merchandising, train associates, and uphold safety and brand standards while driving sales and maintaining compelling displays.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team of store associates.
• Excellent organizational skills for overseeing daily operations, inventory, cash handling and scheduling.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and ability to provide exceptional service.
• Ability to resolve issues promptly and maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized stockroom; manage shipments and productivity goals.
• Manage inventory levels, in-store replenishment, and ensure size integrity on the sales floor.
