Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Product to collaborate with the Store Leader in delivering exceptional customer experiences through elevated merchandising and product storytelling. You will own visual merchandising execution, lead floor layout and product flow, and drive results through coaching and hands-on leadership on the sales floor.

You will act as the product expert in-store, train team members on styling and fit, and respond quickly to trends while maintaining operational

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership role with a strong focus on visual merchandising, styling, or customer experience.
• Ability to lead with a customer-obsessed mindset and drive selling through merchandising decisions.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop the sales team.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and high energy during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution to elevate displays in line with SKIMS branding.
• Lead floor layout, product storytelling, and ensure a visually shoppable customer experience.
• Use store reporting to identify top performers and optimize product flow and placement.
• Coach Team Members on visual best practices, product knowledge, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation partners on assortment feedback.
