You will partner with HQ to align on strategies, drive performance, and nurture talent. The role requires strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities
