Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to grow and develop a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Lead with a people-first mindset, drive results, and partner with HQ to execute strategic initiatives in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with others.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, move around, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Does not want to be an influencer.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, ensuring every Team Member focuses on a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized guest experience.
• Deliver elevated service at speed by coaching your team in real time and maintaining high-energy floor presence.
• Embed mission and values into the store experience and educate Team Members on the SKIMS story and product expertise.
• Create a strong floor presence and lead through Operational Excellence with daily operations, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Own key metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity; analyze trends and adjust strategies.
• Lead with impact, use data to motivate, and align actions with long-term business goals.
• Model Learning Agility, coachable, and drive growth with feedback to the team and partners.
• Be flexible and adaptable when plans evolve; attract and hire top talent.
• Build clear development plans for the team and support career progression.
