Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader - Operations to partner with the Store Leader in running a high-volume store with a focus on operational excellence and strong customer service. You will drive inventory accuracy, floor readiness, and loss prevention while coaching a team to deliver brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and flexibility to manage peak hours and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in retail leadership or operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and shipment handling.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to handle issues promptly and confidently.
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations focusing on Operational Excellence and standards.
• Oversee Back of House operations including shipment, inventory, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability; liaise on real-time solutions.
• Own damage processing, returns, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment, and technology with timely service requests.
• Train staff on policies, safety, and loss prevention; lead during peak hours.
• Lead guest-facing floor coverage and model customer-obsessed service.
• Train team on product knowledge and visual standards.
• Use store reporting data to support inventory excellence and KPI goals.
• Communicate with Store Leader and HQ on allocation and product flow.
• Assist with floor sets, store actions, and operational priorities.
• Be flexible across zones and lead with learning agility.
• Inspire team through clear and respectful communication.
