You will oversee operations, focus on inventory accuracy, and deliver outstanding customer service while modeling brand values and professional leadership at all times.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and fast-paced retail processes.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations with emphasis on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations, inventory accuracy and flow.
• Lead customer service initiatives and coach staff on brand standards.
• Analyze store data and reports to drive KPI results.
