Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader in ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive processes, coach the team, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. You will lead by example, manage back-of-house operations, and use data and KPIs to drive store results and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and operational processes.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and ability to provide exceptional service.
• Strong communicator who can share expectations and respond to challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations, inventory accuracy, and flow.
• Manage replenishment, product availability, and issue-resolution with leadership.
• Lead training on policies, safety, and loss prevention; model brand standards.
