PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store and drive operational excellence. This role oversees Managers, partners with field leaders, and ensures top customer experience through strong team leadership and compliance with standards.

The AGM will optimize staffing, scheduling, and training, empowering the team to achieve store goals while maintaining a welcoming, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to negative customer experiences and support teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising and operations standards across the store.
