Qualifications

• Education: GED or high school diploma.
• Three years of sales, management, or people development experience; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of passionate and knowledgeable Managers who strive to exceed customer service expectations.
• Understand business reporting and customer insights to troubleshoot opportunity areas.
• Coach, train and empower Managers to be business experts by leveraging data to drive decisions.
• Respond to negative customer experiences by de-escalating and supporting the Associate to resolve issues.
• Use customer feedback to coach/recognize Managers and Associates.
• Ensure compliance with Merchandising and Operations Standards within each area of the store.
• Enable Managers to view operations through a Customer lens to maintain world-class experiences.
• Manage store staffing and scheduling to match traffic and sales fluctuations.
• Create scheduling plans with the Operations Manager based on workload and labor budgets.
• Utilize tools like workload planning and markdown calendars to optimize operations.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies are followed to maintain inventory integrity and safety.
• Lead by example in ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Drive development conversations and onboarding to foster growth across the team.
• Recruit, hire and retain a passionate team representing the community served.
