Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store operations, improve processes, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will own department management, schedule planning, and inventory accuracy across in-store and e-commerce merchandise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create schedules for retail associates in partnership with SLT.
• Train new associates and store leaders on scheduling processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink goals.
• Lead labor budgeting and store expenses.
• Ensure SOP compliance and safety.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Open and close store, handle cash in operations.
