Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years in sales, management, or people development; college degree preferred.
• Education: GED or high school diploma required.
• Stand for extended periods, climb ladders, lift 30 lb.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong cross-functional communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of Managers to exceed customer service expectations.
• Coach, train and empower managers using data to drive decisions.
• Manage scheduling and staffing based on traffic and labor budgets.
• Ensure store compliance with merchandising and operations standards.
• Lead HR operational programs and DEI initiatives.
