Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in executing company strategies and driving store performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, elevate the customer experience, and ensure adherence to standards across departments.

You will coach Managers, deploy staffing plans, and leverage data to inform decisions while maintaining a culture of accountability, inclusion, and operational excellence within the Scottsdale store.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in sales, management, or people development.
• College degree preferred.
• G.E.D. or high school diploma.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of Managers who strive to exceed customer service expectations.
• Understand business reporting and customer insights to troubleshoot opportunities.
• Coach and empower Managers to drive business decisions using data.
• Respond to negative customer experiences and support Associates to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising and operations standards and inventory controls.
• Lead staffing and scheduling in partnership with the Operations Manager.
