Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Tennessee seeks an Assistant General Manager with a passion for leadership and customer excellence. You will drive store goals, develop a team of Managers, and ensure operations align with company standards to deliver a superior shopper experience.

Responsibilities

Build and develop a team of Managers delivering exceptional customer service.
Coach, train, and empower Managers to use data to drive decisions.
Ensure compliance with merchandising, operations, and loss-prevention standards.
Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate store team and onboard new hires.
Oversee store operations to optimize customer experience and performance.
