• Build and develop a team of Managers who strive to exceed customer service expectations.
• Coach, train and empower your managers to be business experts by leveraging data to drive decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all merchandising and operations standards within each area of the store.
• Manage staffing and scheduling based on monthly and weekly business workload and customer traffic.
• Lead managers to maintain world-class customer experiences and store presentation.
• Recruit, hire and retain a passionate team for area-specific knowledge and expertise.
