Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Directly manages teammates in Operational Departments (Front End, Freight, Operations) and may supervise others as Head Coach.
• Holds teammates accountable for meeting operational guidelines, brand standards and customer service expectations.
• Ensures compliance with operational standards (scan & activate, SIM compliance, ITS, SFS/BOPIS, cash handling, LP audits, etc.).
• Manages back-office procedures including pre-hire paperwork, I-9, background checks, payroll, and personnel files.
