DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive brand and operational excellence throughout the store by ensuring our team delivers engaging customer service to every athlete who enters.

You will oversee Front End, Freight and Operations teammates, coach performance and wellbeing, manage payroll and scheduling, and handle back-office tasks including hiring, I-9s and background checks, with a focus on store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail management experience.
