Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience or customer-focused leadership experience.
• 1-3 years in retail environment with ability to coach and develop teammates.

Responsibilities

• Leads full-year business growth plans with Store Manager, including forecasting and 90+ day planning.
• Directly manages Captains (Supervisors) and indirectly the store team through coaching and development.
• Upholds merchandising, presentation, and standards; promotes programs and ensures exceptional athlete experiences.
• Leads training initiatives; ensures teammates are trained to deliver elevated experiences.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing plans and oversees payroll and scheduling to meet budget and traffic needs.
• Hires and builds strong teams, guiding interviewing and hiring for Captain/Supervisor and hourly roles.
• Ensures compliance with safety, loss prevention, and operating procedures.
