• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets and signage.
• Lead store operations including scheduling, staffing, and daily frontline responsibilities.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance across the store.
• Coach and develop teammates; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
